Description
This baby Humpback whale is coming up to breath while his mother rests below. Adult Humpback whales can rest below the surface for up to 20 minutes at a time before coming to the surface. Babies will rest with their mothers but surface every 4 – 5 minutes to breathe. This little one would come up and swim past us a few times to check us out before going back down to join his mother.
